His family is located in Gyokata, Ibaraki Prefecture, and is a long-established wholesaler with very rare slaughtering rights. He has been involved with meat for 40 years. Because we are a butcher, we are able to offer truly delicious dishes at a cost-effective price. Gabri's meat is all about the lean meat.
We serve Japanese beef, pork, lamb, gibier, and offal that we procure through our own channels, grilled over charcoal or grilled on skewers.
