We offer a wide variety of ingredients from all over Japan, including local fish directly from Numazu fishing port, Yonezawa beef directly from Yamagata, and "Isumi rice" sun-dried without pesticides directly from Chiba.
And a variety of sake selected from all over Japan to match the ingredients! Many of the sakes are only available at ICHIE and are purchased directly from the brewery.
Put the seasonal snacks in your mouth and enjoy the delicious sake! We would be happy if you could relax and unwind from your daily fatigue. When you visit us, we say, "Welcome home. When we open a restaurant, we greet you with a "go-arasai" (see you later), and all of our staff will be happy to welcome you in a homey atmosphere as if you were back home.
