Because our clinic places the highest priority on "good medical care for patients," we have been prescribing medicine in the clinic (giving medicine directly to patients in the clinic) since its opening, and we do not perform unnecessary tests as much as possible.
Also, all staff members treat patients with an awareness of the "3Ss" (kindness, trust, and cleanliness). Employees put patients first by lending towels and umbrellas on rainy days, and giving medicine bags to those who ask for them even once, putting them in the bag next time.
And we write the alphabets A-D of our philosophy of action on the back of our nametags and wear them at all times.
