Traveling in the United States in 1980, Hiroji Ishii visited a coffee shop in San Francisco. A store that casually served good coffee and warm meals. Nineteen years after that trip, a promise was made to the old owner, who told him to "follow your father's example" and taught him the spirit of hospitality, and the restaurant became "Christmas Pavilion. This is a restaurant that makes genuine Western-style food with a steady and earnest effort.
