1980, U.S.A. The Christmas Pavilion began with an encounter with the old owner of one store.
Traveling in the United States in 1980, Hiroji Ishii visited a coffee shop in San Francisco. A store that casually served good coffee and warm meals. Nineteen years after that trip, a promise was made to the old owner, who told him to "follow your father's example" and taught him the spirit of hospitality, and the restaurant became "Christmas Pavilion. This is a restaurant that makes genuine Western-style food with a steady and earnest effort.

With the concept of "a restaurant in town where you can casually drop by and enjoy a drink in your daily life,"
we offer everything from small plates to our signature meat dishes and homemade desserts, so that you can enjoy authentic flavors in a casual atmosphere!

Fresh fish directly from the fisherman is grilled in the most delicious way, known as the primal grilling method.
You can also enjoy Tengumai from Kurumata Shuzo, a long-established sake brewery in Ishikawa.
We also offer our exclusive Tengu Mai proprietress's draft sake.

You can enjoy dishes using Miyazaki Jitokko chicken raised on the company's own poultry farm, Miyazaki Prefecture's local cuisine, shochu, and special ingredients from producers whose faces can be seen directly at the production site.
