I think Japan has made great strides in barrier-free access. However, if you use a wheelchair, there are still many places you cannot go to, places you cannot enter, and stores that will refuse you entry. Although it is impossible to structurally make all stores barrier-free, I would like to spread the word about "barrier-free hearts" to the world in order to create an environment where people with and without disabilities can go wherever they want.
Even if there are one or two steps,
with a little bit of hospitality from the people around,
I think it can become a wonderful shop or place that goes beyond being barrier-free.
The Kokoro Barrier-Free Support Store Sticker is the symbol of stores and places that welcome customers with a Kokoro barrier-free attitude. Stores that have this mark have staff who serve customers with all their heart, ask "Is there anything I can help you with?" and offer to help as much as they can.
